Flame Lily are a UK based company, which was formed as an alternative to comparatively larger agencies that are often unable to respond to their customers more unique needs and requirements. For just over 10 years, our team has earned itself an enviable reputation by supplying dedicated health and social services staff to the public and private sector.
The Flame Lily is Registered as both Nursing agency and Domicliliary Care Agency. We have the necessary skills, experience and qualifications collectively to offer services for the above categories. Specific requirements are met and religious and cultural needs are taken into consideration. We offer these services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year on a short or long term basis.
Our key strength is our ability to provide first class, responsive customer service. We are versatile enough to provide the depth of resources required and also able to make decisions quicker and more effectively than any of our competitors.
Not only does our organisation offer a 24 hour service but we also pride ourselves on our aim to respond to any emergency situation within 30 minutes.
We are ISO 9000:2000 accredited; members of the UKHCA and regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). We are also part of the National Agency Nursing Framework Agreement and have successfully been accredited by Buying Solutions.
