Any disclosure vouchers issued by Jobcentre Plus may be submitted in place of the CRB fee, and should be sent with the application. These vouchers do not cover the service fee.
For disclosures for volunteers, only the service fee is payable.
Fees are payable in advance, i.e. with the application. Receipt of a cheque is however sufficient and cleared funds are not required before the application is then processed.
Your next step
Registration with the service is quick and straightforward, with no registration or subscription charges.
A senior person in your organisation such as the Director, Principal or Senior Manager should sign and return the contract document to us so that we can set up your account. The nominated signatory can be the contract signatory or another member of the organisation authorised to sign by the contract signatory.
As soon as the completed registration documents are received the consultant will set up the account and forward supply of disclosure application forms and other documentation to you.

Payment for the recruitment membership package is required in advance and by cash or cheque, which is to be made payable to The Flame Lily. (Please note no application will be processed without payment in advance).
Online Tracking Service
Our members can take advantage of the online Tracking Service which helps them to track the progress of their CRBs.
To track an individual application, you will need the following information:
1. Applicant’s Date of birth
2. The Disclosure application form reference number (This number will be obtained from The Flame Lily umbrella service department.)
