Registered General Nurse in West Midlands

We are currently looking for Registered General Nurses to work within PRIVATE SETTINGS! We have a lot of PRIVATE work in the following locations:

  • Birmingham (Dudley & Wednesbury)
  • Worcester
  • Evesham

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a RGN
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • Able to obtain 2 references (Senior Staff)
  • Current DBS
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards;
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage with our service users to understand their needs to provide excellent services of care;
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals and families
  • Customer focused and to continually develop the services we provide;
  • Promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes;
  • Fulfil professional and legal responsibilities with respect to the safe storage handling and administration of medicines;
  • Awareness of Health and Safety, ensuring the safety of our services users and colleagues.
  • Willing to undertake education/courses relevant to area of practice.
  • Mandatory Training, BLS, Moving and Handling. (Flamelily can provide training for FREE or near you..)

As the role requires work with vulnerable people and delivering personal care and support, your employment will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks including referencing Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
