Registered Nurse in Wales  

Currently we are looking for Qualified Registered General Nurse to work within care homes/centres throughout the Country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a nurse you will be expected to assist in the delivery of quality  care to patients within your ward/unit.
  • You will work alongside other nurses, healthcare assistants and  healthcare professionals to ensure that all duties are completed.
  • You will be assessing patients and carrying out relevant tests and examinations.
  • You will be expected to give advice and information to  patients and administer medication.
  • You will be expected to demonstrate critical thinking skills in clinical decision making.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills.
  • Experience of key-working and care planning.
  • Willing to undertake education/courses relevant to area of practice and service development.
  • Evidence of updating practice and continued professional development.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with external care professionals and families
  • Customer focused and to continually develop the services we provide;
  • Promote ownership of care programmes by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programmes;


  • Current NMC Registration,
  • Experience working as a RGN
  • Valid NMC Pin
  • 2 references (Senior Staff)
  • Current DBS
  • Good working knowledge of CQC standards;
  • Mandatory Training including BLS,Moving and Handling. (Flamelily can provide training). 

As the role requires work with vulnerable people and delivering personal care and support, your employment will be subject to appropriate pre-employment checks including referencing Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
