IT Skills

To produce statistical reports on agency workers across geographical area.
To update records and databases and on a weekly basis.
To become familiar with the use of all computer applications.
To work with the management to further develop and maintain the information held on the internet and intranet

Recruitment

To assist in developing the quality standards for the recruitment of agency workers across the geographical area.
To liaise with management to plan recruitment, venues, questions etc and participate in the interview process.
To represent Flame Lily positively and act promptly when responding to telephone or email enquiries
To ensure that all new starters, leavers details are processed in the correct and timely fashion.
To ensure all post-interview paperwork is complete and complies with both organisational and statutory requirements e.g. Criminal Record Checks and asylum
To promote Flame lily and it?s career opportunities to external organisations e.g. colleges, job centres and recruitment fairs

Meetings

To attend meetings to update relevant personnel on the operation of the Flame lily in own area.
To attend meetings with other future branches of Flame Lily Staffing Solutions

Administration

To assist in keeping all homes up do date with lists of agency workers available in their area on a weekly basis.
To assist in keeping all workplaces informed of costs and data sent to payroll on a monthly basis
To advise agency workers on the different homes and requirements of different workplaces.

Financial

To meet targets on the use of agency workers across geographical area
To assist in producing monthly data for payment of Support
If required assist in producing/checking/verifying of timesheets for accurate payment of Agency workers.
To work with the local managers in ensuring the effectiveness of the budget.
To assist in producing monthly charges (where applicable).

Operational

To liaise with the Management and Home Managers regarding any performance issues of Age
To be involved in future planning around issues such as Agency worker training, and support
To supervise and possibly facilitate the training of Agency Workers in area.
To assist in the management and smooth operation of all booking systems
To assist in updating and maintaining a competitor information
To take a full and fair part in the operation of the on call system

Training

To assist in organising the delivery and completion of Flame Lily?s own training
To ensure all Agency Worker?s are fully trained to meet statutory and organisational requirements
To promote self development by identifying training needs

Duties: Health and Safety
