Supported Living for adults

Over 18 years of age - These provisions are made as per the guidance of the Care Act 2014. This may range from short periods to up to full time care. The delivery of service hours and number of staff is  dependent on the requirements of the funder and needs of the individual. These offer an option for individuals who do not want to live in residential care but find it difficult to cope at home. It provides suitable accommodation, which can be an individual's own home, with some forms of support  such as help with activities than enables an individual to live an independent and fulfilling life. Supported living can also be shared by two or three people with similar health problems. Staff visit the service to assist with tasks such as activities of daily living, finding a job, going out to college or work, shopping, housework, and repairs.

We recognise that from time to time, individuals may not have sole access to their accommodation and may live with other tenants, however, still require a support package. We work closely with our landlords to ensure that accommodation that they provide is to the highest standard possible to create a safe and environmentally sound space
