The Flame Lily & ICS Offer Health Workers Affordable Houses In COVID-19 War

The Flame Lily is pleased to announce its partnership with Independent Care Solutions (ICS UK). As a response to COVID-19, we are running an initiative to help provide vulnerable groups with safe and convenient accommodation. 

The Flame Lily is helping to house the vulnerable and first responders within and around the West Midlands. To do so, The Flame Lily has sourced accommodation and waived fees for stays arranged through this initiative. 

Accommodation is available across the West Midlands and its surroundings. To date, The Flame Lily has housed more than 20 front-line workers, offering houses that allow them to work safely. 

Staff members can use the accommodation as their safe houses and help keep the vulnerable safe. Currently, most vulnerable groups, including health workers and service users, are unable to stay at their homes, especially after exposure to COVID-19 patients. 

The safe houses allow health workers to continue supporting the vulnerable while keeping their families safe. This project is successful and will continue to support and provide more safe accommodation spaces for vulnerable groups and their families.
