Care Quality Commission (CQC)

The Flame Lily is an accredited member of the esteemed Care Quality Commission. The CQC is an independent regulator of health and social care services in England. The body strives to provide secure, kind and excellent health and social care services. It even ensures that the medical bodies/agencies governed by them are periodically monitored, inspected and rated on their services, to ensure that all the standards are met through.  

Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC)

The Flame Lily is a member of the noteworthy REC, the national recruitment professional body. As a part of its Social and Health Care Group, each associated member has to adhere to the Code of Professional Practice (of their sector) and pass their Compliance Test every two years to continue the membership. The Flame Lily is a proud member to have passed their inspection, scoring Platinum.

Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI)

The Flame Lily holds a license to deliver the Safety Intervention Training, a comprehensive training program for the staff that teaches them effective management and intervention techniques to handle and mitigate the aggressive behavior in the workplace.

The Flame Lily Healthcare and Complex Care is an accredited holder of the ISO 20000 certification. This certification shows that we meet the best practices for IT service management. As our organisation relies on IT to achieve its goals and satisfy customers, meeting the provisions of ISO 20000 ensures that we operate and communicate effectively. The Flame Lily Healthcare and Complex Care is an accredited holder of ISO 27001 certification. It means that we meet the best practices for information security management systems. Our systems meet the procedures, policies, and processes that manage information security risks like cyber attacks, data leaks, hacks, and theft. The ISO 27001 accreditation is evidence that we have identified and plugged security gaps to protect and ensure the integrity and privacy of our customers’ data.
