We are delighted to have received a Pass with 97.37% in the HealthTrust Europe Total Workforce Solutions Framework Additional Files Audit. The audit was conducted on January 9th 2019. HealthTrust Europe is a multi-disciplinary framework, through which The Flame Lily can offer temporary staff to a number of NHS trusts within the UK.

Every year, HealthTrust Europe and their auditors (in this case, Neuven), take a proportion of our people’s files for audit. The aim is to ensure that we comply with the provisions of the framework and that we follow all the procedures. To pass the audit, an organization must score between 90 - 97.99%. A 98%+ score is known as a Platinum Pass.

Each Health Trust Europe supplier has to go through a rigorous due diligence process. All healthcare professionals must pass through intense NHS employment checks, IR35 Assurance and must be aligned with the Core Skills Training Framework.

The 97.37% score awarded to The Flame Lily is a clear sign to both our clients and employees that we take healthcare workers' compliance very seriously. It also shows that we take all our people through a thorough vetting process. This ensures that the employees’ compliance is maintained from the start to the end of their time with us.
