We are delighted to report that our medical division received an exceptional score in this year’s Medacs Global Group audit. This is an independent audit that covers the rigorous standards of a leading national framework, compliance to IR35 regulations and pre-placement screening.
The audit for The Flame Lily Healthcare was conducted on 26th March 2019. The goal of the audit was to ensure framework compliance in terms of safely recruiting temporary workers to work in the NHS.
Our team demonstrated tirelessness in the bid to have the highest compliance standards. This is reflected in the 341.5 out of the total 366 points., translating to a conditional pass of 93.3%+ with no critical fails.
This highlights our commitment to providing fully-compliant staff. All our staff goes through a thorough checking and vetting process.
